DISCOUNT PRICES ON LOW CARB CRUISE TO MEXICO!

Want to join the low-carb crowd on a cruise to Mexico? Vacations to Go.com is now offering our cruise as a Fastdeal with discounts from 49% to 77% over the advertised rates, however the Fastdeal does not include taxes, port charges, and fuel surcharges which are included in our group rate. (I think tips are also included for us, but I’ll have to double check that.) In view of the reduced price that is now being offered, our cruise coordinator, Becky Gandy (xregandyx@yahoo.com), has negotiated a price break for our group.

The new rate for category 6A is $402.24 pp total. The old rate was $460.19 pp total.
The new rate for category 4A is $382.24 pp total. The old rate was $400.19 pp total. (Rates are per person for a double cabin.)

I wanted to let you know ASAP since there are only five 6A cabins still available in our allotment and they will only hold them until this coming MONDAY. It’s not a huge difference, but if worry about the economy has kept you from signing up, this new lower price might help.

(One more reason to sign up: The tanking economy is sure to cause additional problems for the cruise industry in general but especially in the Galveston area, which was hard hit by Hurricane Ike. So when you book your cruise, you will also be showing your support for the people of Galveston. Feel better?)

Contact Becky at xregandyx@yahoo.com to sign up.

The working title for my first book was, “You’ll Never Know What You Are Missing.” It summed up my goal: to make eating for health synonymous with eating for pleasure. Once you discover the secret, you will find that the very best food for weight management, longevity, the treatment and prevention of disease, and over-all health and happiness is also the most sumptuous, satisfying, and indulgent way of eating the world has to offer. You are invited to the feast. Enjoy!

Thank you, Barbara, and welcome to my blog. I haven’t had time to post as much as I would like lately because I’ve started an exciting new project. I’ll post all the details in the next few days.

I want to add that anyone can still sign up for the cruise — up to 30 days in advance. The current price is not guaranteed, BUT the rates usually do not increase very much for late registration (if at all). If you are even remotely curious, please contact me and I would be glad to answer any questions you might have. It is going to be so much fun, Oh yeah–and informative!
